Hopefully she's doing the surgery for HER and not because of you wanting her to look more like a pornstar.

That being said, do your research, find a good surgeon. Maybe chip in and pay for part of the surgery since you'll be getting all that enjoyment from them, and be a good bf and take care of her ass after surgery because she could be in bed for weeks recovering. Good luck to ya!
