They really nailed and worked super hard on this episode which is freaking crazy good. My gosh. I am so impressed. The Heroes are really backed up to a corner now. Hawks just got burned badly, and was saved by Tsukoyomi who barely escaped thanks to Genten who shows up with a giant block of ice. Shigaraki awakens and decays everything that is in his way, and now ordering Gigantomachia to meet up with him. Oh dear. Now the Heroes now have to deal with two problems. The Awakened Power Buffed Shigaraki and his Elite Personal Body Guard Gigantomachia who is coming to go to his master.
That was a massive powerup for Tomura. He destroyed a large part of the city in an instant. I'm will honestly be surprised if Deku is able to beat him all alone.
Damn only episode 5 and shit has hit da fan, the tables have turned. Seeing everyone be hopeless asf makes it feel like they can't do shit.
Behold of my awesomeness~
controversial and/or sensitive topics likely devolve into the same repetitive, derogatory, abusive, and harassing comments can no longer be posted.
But my feels.
Yuh of course Hawks escapes as does Mirko. Hawks wings are burned to shit but they'll probably grow back just fine. Anyway random x laser guy dies of course but also the shield dude. Again pretty much nobodies to the story. I was waiting for one of the kids to get dusted in that insane wave but I'm sure the character popularity polls in Japan forbid that. Shigaraki is mad op tho
These events are on a different magnitude. High stakes MHA is actually good.
Shigaraki seems a bit too op. Although they gave hints it will take some sort of handicap.
fatgum was funny this ep.
It felt a bit inconsistent with what happening in both places, like so much has happened at the hospital while at re destro's place despite having the upper hand the heroes have made no progress and just seem to be stuck clashing with their forces?
I have a third testicle that gives me psychic powers
Fat Taxi went out with the best possible death imaginable.
Tomura is finally awake, and stuff is finally happening with Midoriya. So, I imagine if something interesting is about to happen, it'll be sooner rather than later.
Other than that, Tomura vs Endeavor looks promising. It would be something if Endeavor died, or got taken out at least, this soon after becoming the No. 1 Hero. It would more than solidify the threat of Tomura. I'm unsure if the author is that daring though.
"...Is your mother worried? Would you like us to assign someone to worry your mother?"
It's time for the destruction of the status quo! Shiki's decay power is utilized very well here in both its abilities and thematic values. Shiki represents the absolute anarchy generated by the same society that he seeks to destroy.
I wholeheartedly say that this is the peak of MHA and the aftermath as well.
What a splendid episode. The animation, the tension, the voice acting was so dope, and it's only gonna get better from here. Shigaraki's about to get even wilder. Next episode's about to go even crazier
Episode was ok, but I hate it when they flash back to something that happened in the same episode. The part with Dabi and Hawks just seemed like a filler
Noticed people praising the animation, but it's like half of it was really bad. The section with Deku and co in the town is like barely animated. I really liked the battle animations, but that town section is really bad. Does anyone know if that is done by another studio? Feels like that.
To some degenerate fans, some wouldn't mind swapping themselves with FatGum just so they could see the great view of Mt Lady and her butt falling on them! XD
Once again, this was the only funny moment of the episode as it was filled to the brim with intense moments. Tokoyami broke free from the Fataxi and was able to get to Hawks and, thanks to the unexpected attack from the villain, Geten, Tokoyami used that moment to get Hawks to safety from the pissed off Dabi.
Meanwhile, Tomura was now awake and didn't waste time in unleashing a devastating attack which killed off the hero X-less. Crust also got killed off, but not before he saved Aizawa from any harm while giving him a heroic thumbs up in the process. =(
The total damage from Tomura's attack was insane, with the hospital, part of the hillside and a big chunk of the town itself reduced to a crater of rubble and dust. All that the heroes could do was to quickly evacuate everyone, regardless if they're on foot or travelling in a car or bus.
I think there's no doubt that the next episode will showcase more of Tomura's fearsome strength as well as seeing a certain giant enemy now moving again after hearing Tomura's orders. Things aren't looking good for the heroes right now...
Also hate it how they're going all emotional for the league no but still treated Gentle like trash and didn't make him win, all for the happiness of that stupid girl
Edit: But well, entertaining episode
The season is finally picking up and shigaraki's power is so devasting.Deku was finally brought into this episode but for like 10 seconds also this season is really dragged out.
Season 6 is great, a streak of 5 amazing episodes. Art, animation, OST, I missed all these things on season 4 and 5, the last great moment I remember was Endeavor vs High-End.
I love how Shigaraki went from just an AFO's pawn to the biggest threat on the show. The heroes don't have ideia of how fucked they are now.
Imagine how boring this world would be without Japan - a comment at youtube
Brutal, it seems this season is no joke.
Is it now Deku?
I liked him having, like, a connection with the first one
Tokoyami did the good thing by saving the Hawks
Brutal, é parece que esta temporada não está para brincadeiras.
É agora Deku?
Gostei dele ter tipo uma ligação com o primeiro
Tokoyami fez a boa salvando o Hawks
Wow that explosion was only good enough to kill off secondary characters no one cares about. Cmon raise the damn stakes and take out some MCs. Shits boring
You can't give too much power to a single character and the enemy at that, besides Midoriya is way too immature, too far below and inferior to All Might.
Finally, I wonder why they never killed/executed All for One since he was detained.
