Why do I feel like I just watched a 25 minute Toyota commercial?
Toyota just happens to be really really good. Never had a problem on mine! 350k mile beasts lol
Was just thinking exactly the same thing
Haha, not really. Toyota does show up a lot as a recommended alternative, but that’s mainly because they consistently rank high in reliability and long-term durability. That said, no brand is perfect, and there are solid options outside of Toyota too.
I just started the video, I scrolled the comments and saw yours first. I own a 2013 Toyota Venza. I hate to admit.. It's one of the best cars I've ever owned lol. I'm buying my mom a car since she move here with me from CA to FL. She want's a Lincoln car and I was checking to see if they were in this video lmao.
Take it from me.. working at a shop, the 2 high ticket items (engine and transmission) we don’t see much of (Toyota tundra and Lexus LX) we have but compared to others that other mention Toyota has the lowest invoice count in my computer)
As long as people keep buying cars of questionable quality the companies have no reason to improve. Choose wisely. 🤔
Great video, thanks for sharing!
My 2007 mercury Mountaineer had 223.000 miles and still ran like a champ. I sold it literally a month ago. It's how you take care of your vehicle in some cases
I had a 2020 chr I loved the car a bit slow overall but got good fuel economy and had the famed Toyota quality. The car would have been great had I only needed it to go to and from work, but I also play ice hockey on the weekends as a goalie. The car was just too small to fit all of my gear. The build quality of the car is also something I really enjoyed about it. Nothing felt cheap or like it was going to brake.
That’s a great perspective. The C-HR does have solid build quality and good fuel economy, but as you mentioned, its size can be limiting, especially if you need extra cargo space for sports gear. If Toyota had given it a little more power and AWD, it might have been an even stronger contender.
Steering wheel vibration in MB C class shows Honda car steering wheel instead at 10:19
Any thoughts on a Volvo V70 GLT?
Toyota has it share of recalls as does Honda . The just have better PR
That’s true. No automaker is perfect, and recalls happen across the board. The difference is that Toyota and Honda tend to handle them better in terms of long-term reliability and resale value. But yeah, good PR definitely plays a role in public perception.
Well, it's Ford's patented oil burning technology! 😎
It depends to owners if don’t care anything can broken
Dont buy anything coming from stellantis starting 2012
A lot of people would agree with you. Since the merger, reliability ratings for many Stellantis brands have taken a hit. Some models still hold up okay, but overall, they tend to have more recalls and long-term issues compared to competitors.
how is it possible a brand like mercedes makes it to this list they used to make great cars
Mercedes definitely has a history of making amazing cars, especially in their older models. But in recent years, some of their vehicles have had reliability concerns, particularly with electronic components and expensive repairs. The 2018 C-Class, for example, had multiple recalls and common issues with steering vibrations and sunroof leaks. Luxury brands sometimes prioritize high-tech features over long-term durability.
But peaugeot Renault or cintroen are the only reliable cars u can buy
Pick any Subaru..anytime..you'll be fine.
Avoid Jeep.
Yeah 2014 Patriot
Sorry for the unsubscribe but recommending the Swasticars is a turn off.
